Chris-Rathermel

Chris serves as Director of IT at the Work Institute. Prior to joining Work Institute Chris has worked as CTO and co-founder at a MEDarchon a healthcare startup improving patient safety through communication mobile and web platform. He worked in the telecommunication, business services, information security fields with Charter Communications, Baker Tilly and Kroll. He has extensive experience designing and developing scalable IT solutions and brings a wealth of knowledge in running a lean organization using agile. You will see him around Nashville contributing to the growing tech scene at user group meetings and hackathons. Chris is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Business Administration - Management Information Systems.
