Mary Fink is the VP of Solution Services at The Work Institute. Her role involves organizational needs assessment, curriculum development for all levels of leadership, content delivery and executive coaching. Her subject expertise includes a wide range of leadership skills, including communication, change and negotiation, as well as executive coaching.
Ms. Fink brings years of healthcare and higher education experience as background for her work with organizations. As Vice President for Operations at Williamson Medical Center for thirteen years, she had responsibility for the hospital’s operations as well as its quality program, through which she served as the major influence in leading her institution in its transformation.
She has been instrumental in helping many organizations create or enhance their internal leadership development programs, as well as designing and managing several open enrollment programs, including the Signature Executive Program and Emerging Leaders.
Ms. Fink graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA, and a Master of Hospital Administration from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA.
