As Client Success Specialist, Glenn develops and implements training tools to help clients maximize the value of Work Institute products and services. He also provides technical support for clients as needed. Glenn has over 20 years of customer service experience with national retail and senior living brands, along with experience as an independent recording engineer and college instructor. Throughout his career, he has shown that he is passionate about making sure client’s needs are met and that they have a positive experience. Glenn is an avid Nashville Predators fan, enjoys writing about the team on the blog - Predlines and also enjoys telling stories from his days in the recording studio.
